These terms govern use of e-dimitriou.gr, including browsing, product research, account access and communications through the website. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale supplied for the order. The seller and website operator are identified in Business Information & Legal Notice.
2. Responsible use
You may use the website to obtain information, make genuine enquiries and place lawful orders. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or use contact tools to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Use reasonable care when submitting specifications, addresses and contact details. If you act for a business, you must have authority to make the relevant enquiry or purchase on its behalf.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect misuse. We may take proportionate steps to protect an account or the website where there is a reasonable security concern. Such steps do not remove any rights relating to orders already accepted. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained.

7. Availability and changes

Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order or remove mandatory rights. A dated copy of the applicable sales terms should accompany the order confirmation.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence or applicable mandatory product-safety rules. Consumer rights and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Greek law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to a consumer in their country of habitual residence where relevant. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require a consumer to surrender a legally available forum.
