1. Delivery areas and methods

We deliver to [TO COMPLETE: countries and any excluded regions]. Available methods for your address and goods are shown before order submission. Our delivery partners are [TO COMPLETE: actual courier/freight providers, or explain the verified carrier-allocation process]. We do not promise worldwide delivery.

2. Delivery charges

The applicable delivery charge is disclosed before you are bound. Charges may depend on the destination, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. The actual pricing rules are [TO COMPLETE: rates or calculation method; remote-area, pallet and bulky-goods conditions; any free-delivery threshold].

Where a shipment requires a tailored freight quotation, the delivery cost must be agreed before the order becomes binding. Do not complete a checkout displaying a misleading zero delivery charge for goods that need a separate freight price. Contact us if the order summary appears incomplete.

3. Processing, availability and delivery times

Order-processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Our normal processing period is [TO COMPLETE]; estimated delivery times by area and method are [TO COMPLETE]. A model-specific lead time or delivery date expressly agreed for an order takes precedence over a general estimate.

For consumer orders, unless a different delivery period has been agreed, delivery is due without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. If we miss the applicable deadline, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and terminate if that period also passes. In circumstances recognised by law, including an essential agreed delivery date or refusal to deliver, you may terminate without an additional period. Payments due back following termination will be returned without undue delay.

4. Bulky, heavy and technical equipment

Before ordering, tell us about access restrictions or unloading requirements that affect delivery. Any agreed kerbside, pallet, loading-bay or other delivery service must be clearly identified. Installation, assembly, lifting equipment and removal of existing equipment are not included unless expressly agreed. We will not add handling charges that were not disclosed and agreed.

5. Tracking and receiving the goods

Where the selected carrier provides tracking, we share the available information. Please check the number of packages and note visible damage where reasonably possible. Photographs of damaged packaging may help investigation. A delivery signature or failure to report damage immediately does not automatically waive your statutory rights.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage normally passes when you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. A different rule may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer. Business shipment terms must be expressly agreed; no Incoterm is implied by this page.

6. Failed deliveries, collection and international orders

If delivery fails, contact us to arrange the next step. Any lawful redelivery cost must reflect the agreed arrangements and the circumstances; it is not automatically deducted from a statutory refund. Collection is available only if expressly offered and confirmed as ready.

For destinations outside the applicable customs area, import responsibilities and any duties or taxes must be clearly explained before acceptance. Such destinations are offered only where the actual arrangement has been confirmed. Contact us rather than assuming that a displayed domestic rate applies internationally.
