1. Cookies and related technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and other identifiers. This policy concerns their use on e-dimitriou.gr and should be read with the Privacy Notice, which identifies the controller and privacy contact.

2. Purposes and choices

Strictly necessary technologies may support functions you request, such as a shopping basket, secure account access or recording your cookie choice. They must not be used as a label for unrelated tracking. Other technologies may support preferences, statistics or advertising, but only the categories and services actually listed in the verified inventory below are used.

Where consent is required, optional technologies remain off until you choose them. You can accept all optional categories, reject them or choose individual categories. Closing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse does not by itself provide consent. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from using the basic shop service.

3. Change your choice

Use [TO COMPLETE: exact label and location of the working Cookie settings control] to review or withdraw your optional choices. Withdrawal must be as easy as acceptance. Browser settings can also remove or block stored information, but blocking necessary technologies may affect functions such as basket or login continuity.

4. Verified inventory

[TO COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION: replace the following row with every actual cookie, storage key or tracker, including first-party and third-party entries. Do not publish sample identifiers as if observed.]

Name / identifier Provider / domain Specific purpose Category and consent Lifetime Recipients / transfers

Session entries normally end with the relevant browser session; persistent entries have a stated expiry. First-party and third-party status do not, on their own, determine whether a technology is necessary or needs consent.

5. Embedded services

If videos, maps, social features, analytics or advertising tools are enabled, their providers and behaviour must be disclosed in the inventory. Optional embeds that require consent must remain blocked until the relevant choice is made. Clicking an ordinary external link takes you to a separate website with its own practices.

6. Questions and changes

Contact info@e-dimitriou.gr with questions about the technologies used. We review this policy and the associated controls when website tools change. New purposes requiring consent must not be activated simply because the policy text has been updated.
