SA / Eccentric ring
The catalogue identifies the SA stainless steel insert with an eccentric locking ring.
SB / Grub screw
The SB stainless steel insert uses a grub screw arrangement. Check shaft fit and installation requirements.
CC / Closed cover
Closed end-cover configuration. Select the version that suits the shaft arrangement.
CO / Open cover
Open end-cover configuration with shaft sealing. Confirm the complete assembly before ordering.
The flange tables list SS316 housings and AISI 440 bearing material. Housing material and bearing material are different specifications.
SEALING & CLEANABILITY
Built around the washdown environment.
Rounded housing surfaces and angled faces are designed to support drainage and cleaning. The catalogue describes O-ring sealing, blue cover seals and back seals.
Stand-off installation
Optional hygienic spacers provide separation from the mounting surface. Use the compatibility table for the selected housing.
Alignment matters
The manufacturer instructs that misalignment must be limited to ±1 degree when mounting the fully sealed bearing units.
