DESIGNED AROUND CLEANABILITY

The details make the difference.

Dertec designs its stainless steel motors for food-industry applications, with smooth, rounded surfaces and attention to the shape of terminal boxes and bearing shields.

Blue engineered seals

Food-grade shaft seals and O-ring sealing form part of the motor construction described by the manufacturer.

Laser-engraved identification

Motor information is engraved directly on the housing, avoiding a separate attached identification plate.

Built around the application

Mounting, cooling and optional equipment are selected to suit the installation. Confirm the exact configuration before ordering.

CHOOSE YOUR MOTOR FAMILY

Two series. One stainless steel approach.

Use the series overview as a starting point, then check the model-specific specification and dimension sheets.

STANDARD SERIES

FP2SS

Stainless steel AC motors with food-grade design. The brochure includes non-ventilated and fan-cooled configurations.

TENV + TEFC

Compare rated power, pole count, voltage and mounting dimensions for your chosen model.

NEXT-GENERATION SERIES

FP3SS

A stainless steel AC motor design with rounded surfaces and seals developed for hygienic applications.

IEC56 - IEC160

The brochure overview lists 0.06-18.5 kW across the family. Ratings and available configurations depend on the model.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Specify the right configuration.

General family information from the manufacturer brochure. Model-specific data takes precedence.

Construction

SS304 stainless steel housing; O-ring sealed design.

Mounting

Foot or flange mounting: B3, B14a, B14b and B5.

Electrical supply

The general overview lists 400 V / 50 Hz as standard. Check the model table and nameplate for the required star/delta connection and frequency.

Thermal protection

The general specification lists PTC and bimetal protection, with class F insulated windings suitable for inverter operation.

Ingress protection

The brochure lists a minimum of IP66, with IP67 / IP69K configurations possible. Confirm the protection rating for the selected assembly.

Cooling

TENV: totally enclosed, non-ventilated. TEFC: totally enclosed, fan-cooled. Choose according to the operating conditions.

OPTIONS & SPECIAL CONFIGURATIONS

Adapt the motor to the job.

Discuss option availability and combinations for your selected motor. These features are not included in every model.

EJ / Integrated brake

The brochure presents FP3EJSS motors with an integrated brake. Specify the brake supply and connection arrangement before ordering.

EN / Integrated encoder

FP3ENSS motors provide encoder feedback for speed and position control. Confirm signal type, resolution and controller compatibility.

WC / Water cooling

A water-cooled configuration is described for applications where the cooling requirement and available space call for it.

EW / Encapsulated winding

Encapsulated windings are an option described for humid operating environments.

TD / Water T-drain

T-drain options address internal condensation. Their position must suit the installed orientation.

Review the available options

Read the manufacturer’s option descriptions, brake information and connection diagrams.
